Position Title: Outreach Intake & Support Volunteer
Organization: Creation 4 Cause
Location: Las Vegas, NV / Hybrid
Time Commitment: Flexible
Overview:
Assist with intake processes and help connect individuals with resources and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage volunteer intake forms and application tracking
- Coordinate onboarding communications (emails, welcome materials, follow-ups)
- Assist in developing and maintaining onboarding materials
- Collaborate with leadership on volunteer engagement strategies
- Help organize virtual or in-person onboarding sessions
- Maintain accurate volunteer records and documentation
- Provide a welcoming, compassionate, and inclusive first point of contact for new volunteers

Instruções:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Leadership skills with the ability to take initiative and guide new volunteers
- Compassion and empathy when engaging with diverse individuals and communities
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Interest in nonprofit work, community engagement, or volunteer coordination
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Comfortable using email, Google Workspace, and/or CRM tools
