Intake & Onboarding Coordinator (Volunteer)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Leadership skills with the ability to take initiative and guide new volunteers
• Compassion and empathy when engaging with diverse individuals and communities
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Interest in nonprofit work, community engagement, or volunteer coordination
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Comfortable using email, Google Workspace, and/or CRM tools
