Our volunteers are a special part of the Heart to Heart Hospice care team, making a difference in people’s lives by providing a direct patient support!
Heart to Heart Hospice is looking for volunteers to provide spiritual companionship visits for patients that are experiencing a life-limiting illness. We have patients requesting volunteers to read the bible and pray with them.
We have patients across the West Houston region (North of I10 and West of 45).
We can accommodate your schedule at Heart to Heart Hospice, matching you with a patient that shares a connection with you and would like to be visited on days you are available. Training and continued support are provided by our Volunteer Coordinator.
