Grant Writing Assistant Volunteer

Do you have skills in Grant Writing? We really need your assistance. As a Volunteer Grant Writing assistant, you will assist our Grant writer in research of eligible grants to help fund community programs among other duties.

Duties are:

• collecting and documenting source materials.
• editing and authoring various proposal documents.
• maintain the information architecture and follow guidelines for all content's organizational tone, style, and voice.
• create the necessary grant and proposal documents as required.
• produce and manage schedules in Spread Sheet to complete work as planned.
• Reasearch available grants
• perform additional duties as needed.

We can work with your schedule. Applications will be taken on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 am. Applicants must be available for 2 hours when turning in the application, for orientation and interview on the same day. As we do work with children adult applicants will also be required to undergo fingerprints the same day (off-site) which has a $30 fee.
