Descrição
Guest Services / Check-In
- Welcome guests as they arrive
- Manage check-in and verify guest lists
- Assist with seating guidance
- Provide VIP concierge support
Silent Auction & Raffle Assistants
- Monitor auction tables
- Explain bid sheets and raffle options
- Encourage guest participation
- Help distribute prizes at end of night
Event Floor Support
- Assist vendors, performers, and speakers with transitions
- Direct guests during program changes
- Maintain flow of VIP reception and general admission
- Support décor, setup, and light breakdown (as assigned)
Table Hosts / Ushers
- Assist guests in locating assigned tables
- Ensure tables remain neat and ready for meal service
- Support fundraising activities at tables
