In Person Event Support

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival
• Assisting with event check-in and registration
• Providing directions and answering attendee questions
• Helping with event setup and breakdown
• Supporting event staff with general logistics and activities
• Monitoring event areas to ensure they remain clean, organized, and safe
• Assisting presenters, vendors, or exhibitors as needed

We're looking for volunteers who are:

• Friendly, approachable, and customer service-oriented
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable interacting with diverse groups of people
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Adaptable and willing to assist wherever needed
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift light items if necessary
