Description
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival
- Assisting with event check-in and registration
- Providing directions and answering attendee questions
- Helping with event setup and breakdown
- Supporting event staff with general logistics and activities
- Monitoring event areas to ensure they remain clean, organized, and safe
- Assisting presenters, vendors, or exhibitors as needed
We're looking for volunteers who are:
- Friendly, approachable, and customer service-oriented
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable interacting with diverse groups of people
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Adaptable and willing to assist wherever needed
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift light items if necessary
