Descrição
Key Responsibilities:
- On- and off-boards new member families as needed at the Pod level
- Welcomes and sees to the integration of Scouts in their Pod
- Reads and works to apply the Respect for Children and Is it OK? Frameworks
- Develops or adapts curriculum for their Pod sessions
- Develops or adapts project options for their Pods
- Sees to the set up and clean up of their Pod sessions
- Ensures that their Pod members are aware of request for their participation in clean up
- Leads Pod sessions
- Tracks badge-earners and reports them to Uniforms Coordinator
- Awards badges and patches to their Pod at badging and patching ceremonies
- Communicates with Pod member families as needed
- Provides Pod-level newsletter updates as needed
- Serves as member of the Troop Leaders Committee
