Key Responsibilities:

On- and off-boards new member families as needed at the Pod level
Welcomes and sees to the integration of Scouts in their Pod
Reads and works to apply the Respect for Children and Is it OK? Frameworks
Develops or adapts curriculum for their Pod sessions
Develops or adapts project options for their Pods
Sees to the set up and clean up of their Pod sessions
Ensures that their Pod members are aware of request for their participation in clean up
Leads Pod sessions
Tracks badge-earners and reports them to Uniforms Coordinator
Awards badges and patches to their Pod at badging and patching ceremonies
Communicates with Pod member families as needed
Provides Pod-level newsletter updates as needed
Serves as member of the Troop Leaders Committee
