ROLE OVERVIEW
Community Representatives are trusted neighborhood champions who share information about Alzheimer’s and connect individuals, families, and organizations to free resources from the Alzheimer’s Association. Whether it’s at a local library, church, business, or farmers market—you are the bridge.
KEY ACTIVITIES
QUALIFICATIONS
✅ Friendly, self-motivated, and community-minded
✅ Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
✅ Basic computer/email comfort
✅ Passion for the Alzheimer’s Association’s mission (personal/professional experience a plus)
COMMITMENT
🗓️ Minimum 1-year term leading monthly events
🗓️ Flexible schedule with consistent communication
📬 Regular contact with the Volunteer & Outreach Coordinator
🎓 Completion of training and participation in ongoing education
🔁 Annual goals set and reviewed with staff partner
