We are seeking passionate and experienced hospitality professionals in our Volunteer Hotel Certification Program to support the daily operations and growth of our certification program. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the hotel certification program.
• Train and mentor participants on hotel operations, guest services, and industry standards.
• Develop training materials and guide participants through practical and theoretical lessons.
• Evaluate participant progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with other volunteers to ensure a smooth and engaging learning experience.
