    Description

    We are seeking passionate and experienced hospitality professionals in our Volunteer Hotel Certification Program to support the daily operations and growth of our certification program. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the next generation of hotel staff, share your expertise, and make a meaningful impact in the hospitality industry.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the hotel certification program.
    • Train and mentor participants on hotel operations, guest services, and industry standards.
    • Develop training materials and guide participants through practical and theoretical lessons.
    • Evaluate participant progress and provide constructive feedback.
    • Collaborate with other volunteers to ensure a smooth and engaging learning experience.
