Role Overview
FYAR is seeking an experienced TikTok Coordinator Volunteer to create engaging short-form video content that resonates with youths and raises awareness of our programs.
This role is ideal for someone comfortable with trends, video editing, and youth-centered storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and post TikTok videos aligned with FYAR’s mission.
- Highlight youth talent, events, behind-the-scenes moments, and success stories.
- Monitor trends and adapt them appropriately for nonprofit messaging.
- Collaborate with youth participants and other social media coordinators.
- Track performance and engagement trends.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience creating and managing TikTok content.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Understanding of TikTok trends and audience engagement.
- Creative, adaptable, and organized.
- Passionate about arts, youth culture, and social impact.
