    FYAR is seeking an experienced TikTok Coordinator Volunteer to create engaging short-form video content that resonates with youths and raises awareness of our programs.

    This role is ideal for someone comfortable with trends, video editing, and youth-centered storytelling.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, create, and post TikTok videos aligned with FYAR’s mission.
    • Highlight youth talent, events, behind-the-scenes moments, and success stories.
    • Monitor trends and adapt them appropriately for nonprofit messaging.
    • Collaborate with youth participants and other social media coordinators.
    • Track performance and engagement trends.

    Ideal Candidate

    • Experience creating and managing TikTok content.
    • Basic video editing skills.
    • Understanding of TikTok trends and audience engagement.
    • Creative, adaptable, and organized.
    • Passionate about arts, youth culture, and social impact.
