We are urgently seeking dedicated Volunteer Healthcare Receptionists to support our front desk operations. This role is vital in ensuring patients and visitors feel welcomed, informed, and cared for from the moment they arrive.

• Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Assist with patient check‑in and basic paperwork
• Provide information and directions within the facility
• Support administrative staff with clerical tasks
