About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Associate to support our online presence and help share the story of Delta Rising Foundation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content, storytelling, and learning hands-on in a mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with posting content across social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Help schedule posts and maintain a consistent posting cadence
• Support content ideas for posts, reels, and stories
• Write simple captions aligned with our brand voice
• Monitor comments and messages and flag anything requiring follow-up
• Support basic social media performance tracking (reach, engagement)

Ideal Profile

• Interest in social media, marketing, or communications
• Basic familiarity with social platforms
• Organized, reliable, and open to feedback
• Willingness to learn and grow in the role
