About the Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Associate to support our online presence and help share the story of Delta Rising Foundation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content, storytelling, and learning hands-on in a mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with posting content across social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Help schedule posts and maintain a consistent posting cadence
- Support content ideas for posts, reels, and stories
- Write simple captions aligned with our brand voice
- Monitor comments and messages and flag anything requiring follow-up
- Support basic social media performance tracking (reach, engagement)
Ideal Profile
- Interest in social media, marketing, or communications
- Basic familiarity with social platforms
- Organized, reliable, and open to feedback
- Willingness to learn and grow in the role
