Teen Ride-Out Staff (4 Adults + 4 Teens Needed)

We’re looking for a team of 4 adults and 4 teens to help lead and support our community youth bike ride-outs. These ride-outs create a safe, structured space for young people to connect, stay active, and build confidence while learning responsibility and teamwork.

This is more than just a bike ride — it’s mentorship in motion.

Roles & Responsibilities

Adult Volunteers (4 Needed)

• Lead and supervise ride-outs to ensure safety and structure
• Serve as positive mentors and role models
• Help manage check-in, route coordination, and group pacing
• Support conflict resolution and keep a respectful environment
• Assist with basic bike safety checks before rides

Teen Volunteers (4 Needed)

• Help organize riders and support group flow during rides
• Encourage peers and help create a positive vibe
• Assist with setup, check-in, and cleanup
• Learn leadership skills by helping guide younger riders
• Be a role model for respect, effort, and teamwork

What We’re Looking For

• Interest in youth, bikes, or community work
• Teens must be responsible and open to leadership growth
• Adults should be comfortable guiding and supporting youth
