Description
We’re looking for a team of 4 adults and 4 teens to help lead and support our community youth bike ride-outs. These ride-outs create a safe, structured space for young people to connect, stay active, and build confidence while learning responsibility and teamwork.
This is more than just a bike ride — it’s mentorship in motion.
Roles & Responsibilities
Adult Volunteers (4 Needed)
- Lead and supervise ride-outs to ensure safety and structure
- Serve as positive mentors and role models
- Help manage check-in, route coordination, and group pacing
- Support conflict resolution and keep a respectful environment
- Assist with basic bike safety checks before rides
Teen Volunteers (4 Needed)
- Help organize riders and support group flow during rides
- Encourage peers and help create a positive vibe
- Assist with setup, check-in, and cleanup
- Learn leadership skills by helping guide younger riders
- Be a role model for respect, effort, and teamwork
