What You’ll Do:

• Optimize content for different platforms-ensure posts have the right formats, sizes & specs.
• Track social media performance, analyze trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Help execute and refine campaign strategies alongside our marketing coordinators.
• Monitor interactions-comments, messages, and engagement-to keep our community buzzing.
• Stay ahead of trends and algorithm updates to maximize reach & impact.

What You Bring:

• A passion for music and social media strategy.
• Experience with social media management, analytics, and platform algorithms.
• Strong attention to detail & organization skills.
• Ability to work remotely but attend meetings in the ET time zone.
