Social Media Associate - Help Us Make Some Noise!
Are you a social media pro who lives for trends, analytics, and engagement? The DMV Music Alliance is looking for a Social Media Associate to support our marketing team in managing all things digital!
What You’ll Do:
- Optimize content for different platforms-ensure posts have the right formats, sizes & specs.
- Track social media performance, analyze trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Help execute and refine campaign strategies alongside our marketing coordinators.
- Monitor interactions-comments, messages, and engagement-to keep our community buzzing.
- Stay ahead of trends and algorithm updates to maximize reach & impact.
What You Bring:
- A passion for music and social media strategy.
- Experience with social media management, analytics, and platform algorithms.
- Strong attention to detail & organization skills.
- Ability to work remotely but attend meetings in the ET time zone.
