Role Overview
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented volunteer to help support our donation efforts. This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a real impact behind the scenes and help ensure every gift is handled with care and gratitude.
Responsibilities
- Assist with tracking and organizing donations
- Help prepare thank-you messages and acknowledgments to donors
- Support donation campaigns and special fundraising initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality and handle donor information with care
- Coordinate with the founder or team as needed
Who We’re Looking For
- Compassionate and mission-driven
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with basic spreadsheets, email, or online forms
- Reliable, respectful, and able to work independently
- Prior nonprofit or fundraising experience is a plus, but not required
