    Description

    Role Overview

    We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented volunteer to help support our donation efforts. This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a real impact behind the scenes and help ensure every gift is handled with care and gratitude.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with tracking and organizing donations
    • Help prepare thank-you messages and acknowledgments to donors
    • Support donation campaigns and special fundraising initiatives
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle donor information with care
    • Coordinate with the founder or team as needed

    Who We’re Looking For

    • Compassionate and mission-driven
    • Organized and detail-oriented
    • Comfortable with basic spreadsheets, email, or online forms
    • Reliable, respectful, and able to work independently
    • Prior nonprofit or fundraising experience is a plus, but not required
