What You’ll Do
- Review training requests, schedule sessions, and match instructors to courses.
- Keep training records, evaluations, and calendars accurate and up to date.
- Provide technical support for virtual training sessions.
- Encourage instructors to log preparation time and ensure hours are captured correctly.
- Be a go‑to resource for instructors and share concerns with your supervisor when needed.
- Record volunteer hours in Volunteer Connection to highlight their impact.
What You Bring
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with scheduling or coordinating activities.
- A collaborative, inclusive approach to working with others.
- Confidence using virtual platforms and offering basic tech support.
- Flexibility and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to follow Red Cross and public health guidelines.
