At Ashland Aging, we believe no senior should miss a medical appointment because they donât have a ride. For many older adults in Ashland County, transportation is the barrier between staying healthy and going without essential care. Many of those in need have cancer check-ups or treatments. Volunteering to provide transportation, even once a month, can make a huge impact.
Thatâs where you come in.
We are currently seeking compassionate volunteer medical drivers to provide non-emergency transportation to medical appointments. A single ride can mean peace of mind, improved health, and the ability for a neighbor to remain independent in their own home.
