Black Girls Smile Inc. is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate volunteers to support Safe Space Saturday: Mental Health Field Day, a community event for teens ages 13–17 and their parents. This uplifting event is designed to promote mental wellness, connection, movement, and joy through engaging workshops and family-friendly activities.
Volunteers will help create a welcoming, organized, and supportive environment for attendees while assisting with event flow and activities throughout the day.
Volunteer Responsibilities May Include:
- Assisting with event setup and breakdown
- Greeting and checking in guests
- Supporting mental health workshop logistics
- Helping coordinate field day activities and relay races
- Guiding attendees to activity areas, food, and Parent Corner
- Creating a warm, positive, and safe experience for families
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for volunteers who are dependable, friendly, organized, and passionate about supporting youth, families, and mental wellness in the community.
