Participant Assistant (1:1 Support Volunteer)
Make a meaningful difference by supporting an older adult during a group reading activity. Volunteers provide one-on-one assistance to a program participant who may need extra help following along with reading materials in a small group setting. Your presence helps ensure that every participant can stay engaged, included, and confident during the activity.
This is a wonderful opportunity for individuals interested in working with older adults or those who want to bring companionship, patience, and encouragement to someone living with age-related cognitive challenges.
