    Description

    Participant Assistant (1:1 Support Volunteer)

    Make a meaningful difference by supporting an older adult during a group reading activity. Volunteers provide one-on-one assistance to a program participant who may need extra help following along with reading materials in a small group setting. Your presence helps ensure that every participant can stay engaged, included, and confident during the activity.

    This is a wonderful opportunity for individuals interested in working with older adults or those who want to bring companionship, patience, and encouragement to someone living with age-related cognitive challenges.

    Shift Available:

    Tuesday, July 15, 2025 | 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM (PST)

    Location: Rosener House Adult Day Services

    About the Program:

    Rosener House provides supportive day programs for older adults experiencing age-related conditions, including Alzheimer's disease and other forms of memory loss. Volunteers play an important role in creating a warm, engaging environment where participants feel supported and connected.
