Final Moments Volunteer Team

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated volunteers to offer comfort and companionship to patients in their final moments. As part of our hospice care team, you can provide a soothing presence to individuals who are nearing the end of life, ensuring they are not alone during this time.

Your Role:

• Sit quietly with patients, offering a gentle presence
• Available on short notice for 2-3 hour shifts
• Hold hands, talk softly, or simply be there to provide peace and comfort
• Offer a listening ear to support families who may be going through an emotionally difficult time

Why It Matters: The 11th hour can be an incredibly vulnerable time for patients and their families. Your support can make a meaningful difference by bringing comfort and dignity to those in their final moments.
