Descrição
Silverado Hospice is seeking compassionate and dependable volunteers to provide light housekeeping support for a hospice patient. Maintaining a clean, calm environment can greatly enhance comfort and quality of life for patients receiving end-of-life care.
This is a meaningful opportunity to make a direct and personal impact through simple acts of service.
Volunteer Responsibilities:
- Light tidying and organizing
- Sweeping, mopping
- Washing a small number of dishes
- Basic household upkeep (no deep cleaning or heavy lifting)
Ideal Volunteer:
- Compassionate and respectful
- Reliable and able to maintain patient confidentiality
- Comfortable working independently
- At least 18 years old
