    Description

    Silverado Hospice is seeking compassionate and dependable volunteers to provide light housekeeping support for a hospice patient. Maintaining a clean, calm environment can greatly enhance comfort and quality of life for patients receiving end-of-life care.

    This is a meaningful opportunity to make a direct and personal impact through simple acts of service.

    Volunteer Responsibilities:

    • Light tidying and organizing
    • Sweeping, mopping
    • Washing a small number of dishes
    • Basic household upkeep (no deep cleaning or heavy lifting)

    Ideal Volunteer:

    • Compassionate and respectful
    • Reliable and able to maintain patient confidentiality
    • Comfortable working independently
    • At least 18 years old
