Make a difference behind the scenes by helping DC Doors better understand and demonstrate the impact of its work.
DC Doors is seeking a detail-oriented volunteer to help capture, organize, and maintain program data in Salesforce and Excel. This is an opportunity to support a mission-driven organization while helping turn information into meaningful insights about the people and communities we serve.
What you’ll do
- Enter and update program and client data in Excel and Salesforce
- Review information for accuracy and completeness
- Help organize historical and ongoing impact data
- Support consistent data collection and documentation
- Help DC Doors track outcomes and better communicate its impact to funders, partners, and the community
- Assist with basic reports or dashboards as needed
What we’re looking for
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and databases
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Excel
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Interest in supporting people experiencing homelessness and strengthening community-based services
