    Description

    Make a difference behind the scenes by helping DC Doors better understand and demonstrate the impact of its work.

    DC Doors is seeking a detail-oriented volunteer to help capture, organize, and maintain program data in Salesforce and Excel. This is an opportunity to support a mission-driven organization while helping turn information into meaningful insights about the people and communities we serve.

    What you’ll do

    • Enter and update program and client data in Excel and Salesforce
    • Review information for accuracy and completeness
    • Help organize historical and ongoing impact data
    • Support consistent data collection and documentation
    • Help DC Doors track outcomes and better communicate its impact to funders, partners, and the community
    • Assist with basic reports or dashboards as needed

    What we’re looking for

    • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and databases
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
    • Familiarity with Salesforce and Excel
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
    • Interest in supporting people experiencing homelessness and strengthening community-based services
