Descrição
- Greet and create a positive, caring environment for patients, families and visitors who come to the clinic.
- Offer a warm and welcoming environment for all who enter the department by socializing and engaging with patients and their families.
- Provide transport or wheelchair assistance as directed by the staff.
- Assist with escorting patients to assigned rooms and locations.
- Restock supplies, supply closets and assist with inventory and par levels.
- Provide clerical duties to include filing, copying, organizing, etc.
- Clean surfaces of tables and desktops as well as chairs and other public surfaces.
- Provide patient with warm blanket as necessary.
- In cases of emergency, stay out of the way and assist with helping visitors stay clear of the staff.
- Refer any patient or other complaints to a staff person.
- Contact security if there is ever a situation that is uncomfortable, questionable, or hostile.
