Our volunteers are a special part of the Heart to Heart Hospice care team, making a difference in people’s lives by providing a variety of supportive services!

Heart to Heart Hospice is looking for volunteers to provide support through companionship visits for people that are experiencing a life-limiting illness. Help enrich the lives of patients by providing social visits and being present in this season of their life.

We have patients across the West Houston region - including Tomball and Spring.

We can accommodate your schedule at Heart to Heart Hospice, matching you with a patient that shares a connection with you and would like to be visited on days you are available.
