The Walk to End Alzheimer’s is the world’s largest fundraiser for Alzheimer’s care, support, and research, with events held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide. Chicago is home to one of the largest Walks in the country annually raising over $1.2 million, and we need passionate volunteers like you to make it a success!
Make an Impact
When you volunteer with the Walk to End Alzheimer’s, you’re directly contributing to advancing research, supporting families, and raising awareness for millions affected by this disease. Join a dedicated group of like-minded individuals passionate about making a difference here in Chicago!
The Community Engagement Committee members are volunteers who serve under the direction of the Community Engagement Chair and work in conjunction with a staff lead to ensure Walk to End Alzheimer’s hits their team and Champions Club goals. This will involve recruiting and retaining teams and cultivating former, potential and current Champions. These efforts will increase participation, which will raise revenue and awareness to help us achieve our mission.
