Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Governance: Advise executive leadership on organizational scaling, partnership models, and strategic planning to meet our 2029 milestone.Fundraising & Resource Mobilization: Actively assist in identifying international grant opportunities, corporate sponsorships, and individual donor networks to ensure fiscal sustainability.Ambassadorship: Champion BUCB's mission within your professional networks, industry circles, or diaspora communities to elevate our global profile.Committee Participation: Serve on at least one specialized board committee (e.g., Finance & Fundraising, Global Partnerships, Curriculum & Mentorship, or Marketing & Tech).Fiduciary Oversight: Review and approve annual budgets, audit financial statements, and ensure compliance with international non-profit best practices.Qualifications & ExpertiseWe are looking for diverse profiles.
