They contribute expertise, perspective, and leadership while operating at the governance level.

    About the PDA

For more than 20 years, the PDA has supported trainers, educators, mental health professionals, and families around the world in bringing Positive Discipline into homes, schools, and communities. Our work is global with work in 90 countries, community- based, and grounded in dignity, respect, and belonging. As we grow, we are building a board that reflects the strategic vision and governance support the organization needs for the next chapter.
