Description:
Kindred Tails Sanctuary provides a safe, loving environment for stray and abandoned cats in Screven County, Georgia. We’re seeking local volunteers to assist with daily feeding, kennel cleaning, and enrichment activities.
This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who wants to make a direct impact in animal care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily food and water distribution
- Clean kennels, litter boxes, and feeding stations
- Provide playtime and enrichment for cats and kittens
- Observe animal behavior and report issues to the care team
Requirements:
- Must be local to Screven County (or able to travel to Newington, GA)
- Comfortable working around cats and performing physical tasks
- Reliable, compassionate, and ready to get a little dirty in a good way!
- Minimum age 16 (or 14+ with a parent/guardian present)
