    SelfSoulLiberate is a non-profit organization dedicated to achieving health equity and reducing stigma surrounding mental health in under-resourced communities. Our mission is to provide educational resources, develop sustainable wellness frameworks, and make care more accessible.

    Role Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President (VP) to join our leadership team on a volunteer basis. The VP will work closely with the Founder and Board Members to provide strategic direction, operational oversight, and ensure the effective implementation of our programs and initiatives. This position plays a critical role in shaping the organization’s future and expanding our reach and impact. This is a remote position, allowing you to contribute from anywhere.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with the Founder and Board Members to set strategic goals and priorities.
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Lead in the development and implementation of programs, ensuring alignment with our mission and strategic objectives.
    • Support fundraising efforts, including grant management.
    • Act as a spokesperson for SelfSoulLiberate, representing the organization at events and in the community.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team.
    • Manage and support board members and volunteers, fostering their growth and engagement.
    • Ensure financial health and sustainability through effective financial management practices.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven leadership experience in nonprofit governance and operational management.
    • Strong knowledge of mental health issues and a commitment to promoting mental well-being.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to lead diverse teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
    • Experience in strategic planning, fundraising, and community engagement.
    • Strong financial management skills and experience in handling budgets.
    • Passion for SelfSoulLiberate’s mission and core values.
