Upon successful completion of the background check and orientation, all volunteers are required to have a tuberculosis test (initiated and paid for by Heart to Heart Hospice).

Our volunteers are a special part of the Heart to Heart Hospice care team, making a difference in people’s lives by providing a variety of supportive services!
Companionship is an important component to providing compassionate care to our Veteran's who are choosing comfort care for their life-limiting illness. Our goal is to foster comfort through the familiarity of shared experiences.
We are seeking dedicated volunteers with military experience to visit with our Veteran patients throughout West Houston, Katy, Cypress, Spring, & more. Visits are at least once a month and we're happy to accomodate your visits based on your location.
Heart to Heart Hospice of West Houston is a dedicated partner with We Honor Veterans.
