Childrens' Activities Program Intern

Your work:

We are seeking a high-energy intern to assist in managing our Saturday Fun & Games children's activities program. The intern, with the guidance of the program leader, would be responsible for:

• working with leader, students, and volunteers to run 4 hour program for children age K-5 once per month
• marketing to new students
• marketing to new volunteers
• managing student and volunteer signups and forms
• working with program leader to design program activities
• working with program leader to apply for and manage grant funding

Your Experience:

• experience working directly with children
• experience with canva (desired) and google docs (required)
• facility with Cantonese is helpful but not required

This is a part-time internship opportunity, unpaid, for 6-10 hours/week. It is for one semester, ending in December 2025, with the hope that it would extend to two semesters.

A background check is required because of work with children under 18.
