Your work:
We are seeking a high-energy intern to assist in managing our Saturday Fun & Games children's activities program. The intern, with the guidance of the program leader, would be responsible for:
- working with leader, students, and volunteers to run 4 hour program for children age K-5 once per month
- marketing to new students
- marketing to new volunteers
- managing student and volunteer signups and forms
- working with program leader to design program activities
- working with program leader to apply for and manage grant funding
Your Experience:
- experience working directly with children
- experience with canva (desired) and google docs (required)
- facility with Cantonese is helpful but not required
This is a part-time internship opportunity, unpaid, for 6-10 hours/week. It is for one semester, ending in December 2025, with the hope that it would extend to two semesters.
A background check is required because of work with children under 18.
