We’re seeking an experienced Volunteer Videographer to capture the energy and heart of our gala—red carpet arrivals, donor/host interviews, program highlights, and ambiance B-roll—and provide a short highlight film post-event.
What You’ll Do

- Capture clean audio for speeches (XLR from house board if available) and interviews (lavalier/shotgun)
- Manage on-camera light or small LED panel as needed
- Post-Production (deliverables)
- 1–2 min highlight reel (1080p or 4K) with tasteful licensed/royalty-free music, basic color, and simple lower-thirds
- Up to 8 vertical clips (15–30 sec) for social (1080×1920)
- All usable raw footage (organized by scene) delivered via Drive/Dropbox or any similar program
- Light cleanup on audio (noise reduction where needed)
Ideal Fit / Requirements
- Prior event videography experience (portfolio or links required)
- Own gear
- Comfortable running-and-gun style, working around a live program
- Friendly, professional, and discreet with VIPs and press
- Able to meet post-event deadlines: first cut within 7–10 days, finals within 14 days of feedback
Time Commitment
- Pre-event: One 20-minute Zoom for run-of-show and shot list (week of Nov 10)
- On-site: ~5–5.5 hours (6 to 11 PM)
- Post: Editing & exports as above
We Provide
- Hot meal and non-alcoholic beverages during shift
