The HR Compliance Officer ensures that the organization follows internal policies and ethical HR practices. This role supports management by monitoring compliance, updating policies, and handling audits and employee-related compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations
• Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures
• Monitor employee records and HR documentation
• Support internal and external HR audits
• Address compliance issues and recommend corrective actions
• Train staff on HR policies and compliance standards

Requirements:

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance practices
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Good communication and organizational skills
