Search & Rescue: Volunteer While you Travel!

Do you want to be on the front lines of making change in your community?

Search and Rescue is an outreach program at the Tacoma Rescue Mission. It's an opprotunity to connect with men, women, and famlies living on the streets of Tacoma. Volunteers will hand out basic supplies and clothing needed for sustainable living. You will also have the opprotunity to connect them to services such as: housing, substance abuse treatments, and/or a warm meal. You have to be 18 years or older to volunteer with Search and Rescue. The team hits the streets every night from 6:00pm to 10:00pm.
