Volunteer Support Lead - Virtual

Outdoor Life Leadership is seeking a long-term Volunteer Support Lead to lead our Volunteer Support & Development Team.

This is a fully virtual volunteer leadership role. The Lead helps make sure our volunteers are welcomed, trained, supported, and ready to serve.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Volunteer Support & Development Team.
• Oversee volunteer onboarding and training.
• Support volunteer communication and follow-up.
• Help maintain the Volunteer Resource Hub.
• Track volunteer progress and tasks.
• Help team members stay organized and supported.
• Report important volunteer updates to organizational leadership.

• Willing to help build systems in a growing nonprofit.
• Passion for helping others succeed.

Nonprofit or HR experience is helpful but not required.
