Description
Outdoor Life Leadership is seeking a long-term Volunteer Support Lead to lead our Volunteer Support & Development Team.
This is a fully virtual volunteer leadership role. The Lead helps make sure our volunteers are welcomed, trained, supported, and ready to serve.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the Volunteer Support & Development Team.
- Oversee volunteer onboarding and training.
- Support volunteer communication and follow-up.
- Help maintain the Volunteer Resource Hub.
- Track volunteer progress and tasks.
- Help team members stay organized and supported.
- Report important volunteer updates to organizational leadership.

- Comfortable leading a virtual team.
- Reliable and dependable.
- Able to use email and online tools.
- Willing to help build systems in a growing nonprofit.
- Passion for helping others succeed.
Nonprofit or HR experience is helpful but not required.
