Regional Good Vibes Coordinator

We are seeking a Regional Good Vibes Coordinator to manage the Notary Night Snack Sign-Up process. This role will focus on ensuring volunteers can easily sign up to donate snacks for Notary Nights that support our signature gatherers.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and managing a sign-up form for volunteers to select specific dates for snack donations
• Coordinating with the Good Vibes team and other departments to gather dates and times of Notary Nights by region
• Ensuring smooth communication between departments and volunteers to keep events well-supported

Ideal candidates will be:

• Organized and detail oriented
• Comfortable using digital tools to create and manage sign-up forms
• Strong communicators who can collaborate across multiple teams
