    Description

    We are seeking a Regional Good Vibes Coordinator to manage events around the state for volunteer appreciation and engagement. This role will focus on ensuring events are organized, promoted, and executed.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Planning events for next 3-6 months. Finding good holidays, milestones, or community events that dovetail well with RMVs vision and goals
    • Finding event venues and securing them
    • Finding donated resources for the events (I.e. food, drinks, games, speakers)
    • Promoting events in collaboration with Communications and when needed: Field, Outreach, and

    Ideal candidates will be:

    • Organized and detail oriented
    • Comfortable using digital tools such as Google Docs/Sheets, social media, and communicating directly with volunteers
    • Strong communicators who can collaborate across multiple teams
